At SmartBooks, expect compensation to be fair, PTO to be ample, and a monthly stipend for home office supplies and connectivity. We also offer medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance as well as 401k with a company match.
The SmartBooks team is fully remote. This does not mean that we don’t work hard – we do – but it does mean that we have some flexibility with our schedules. We generally expect our team members to be available during normal business hours, but if you need to run out to an appointment or care for a loved one during the day, you have some flexibility so long as you continue to deliver the outcomes laid out for you in your role.
SmartBooks strives to ensure our team members give back in their local communities and matches some charitable contributions. We also get together regularly on virtual campfire chats and occasional happy hours, plus try to bring the entire team together once per year in-person for team building and development
